About Me
Hi, I'm Jill Nelson and I am a junior Chemical and Biomedical Engineering student at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. I grew up in Chicagoland and am lucky to have two parents who, from Day 1, taught me the importance and value of travel. I jump at every chance I get to explore new places, experience different cultures, go on semi- crazy adventures, and meet new people. I'm super excited to be spending five months in Santa Fe, Argentina studying at La Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL) and exploring all over South America. Throughout these five months I hope to improve my Spanish, make new friends from all over the world, experience some incredible cultures and landscapes, try lots of new foods, and maybe even learn to tango. Oh, and learn a thing or two about chemical engineering.
